Description

Starlight Pleco (Ancistrus sp.) is a striking and hardy dwarf pleco known for its deep black body covered with bright white “starlike” spots. This beautiful contrast makes it a standout addition to planted and community aquariums. Peaceful by nature, it spends much of its time grazing on algae and biofilm, helping to keep the tank clean. Starlight Plecos adapt well to a wide range of stable water conditions and are suitable for both beginners and experienced hobbyists. We offer healthy 1-inch, 3-month-old juveniles.
